The MRPA Hall of Fame Committee Extends 2011 Nomination Deadline

Do you know a park and recreation professional who has helped their community flourish? Who has fought for their ideals and gave countless hours establish parks and recreation as a necessary part of a complete community?

The Hall of Fame is an opportunity to recognize and thank the professionals who paved the way, laying the foundation of what parks and recreation is today…an essential component of community quality of life.

The MRPA Hall of Fame Committee has extended the 2011 nominating period through May 13, 2011. Click here to download a nomination form and submit a member you know today!*

The 2011 MRPA Hall of Fame Banquet and Induction Ceremony will be held October 6, 2011. Please save the date and honor the inductees with your attendance. You’ll leave the 2011 Hall of Fame Banquet inspired by the stories of each inductee and reminded of why you pursued a career in Parks and Recreation in the first place. Additional details and ticket information will be available soon.
